Captain America Civil War-Review

Imagine a two and a half hour Movie with Captain Amercia (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan), War Machine (Don Cheadle), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Ant Man (Paul Rudd), Hawk eye (Jeremy Renner), Vision (Paul Bettany), Falcon (Anthony Mackie) plus Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) and Spiderman (Tom Holland) in their first Live Action movie under MCU. Either this is a disaster under making or a “kick-ass” action extravaganza. And after witnessing it, I can agree with the latter as it really kicks some ass. It is unbelievable how awesome the movie was, the review is Completely Spoiler Free, Read Ahead without any worry.captain-america-civil-war-poster-fea-1200x737

The Premise of Captain America Civil War is simple enough, it follows right after the Not so good Age of Ultron, After literally destroying half of New York in Avengers and dropping down a city from sky, the Avengers are under tight scrutiny of higher ups sitting in the power. They want the Avengers to sign under Superhero Registration act (Sokovia Accord) and things go awry as the Avengers get divided into two factions, one who opposes the notion and other who agrees with it. But this not a parliament where our politicians will debate for or against the motion, these are superheroes and they will in the end go against each other in extraordinary fighting sequences.

We have already witnessed a disappointment with a similar movie earlier this year with Dawn of Justice, where the Superman was under a judicial case against the government. And as i wrote in my BvS Review the problem with the movie was that they actually forgot what movie they were making, they had a great crime thriller in their hand, but the script got executed very harshly. This is not the case with Civil War, The Russo Brothers have made a nearly perfect Superhero Movie.

What Civil War does not waste time is in patching things for upcoming Avengers Infinity War, this gives the writers a little ground to work on to create a decent drama-thriller which can also work well stand alone. It must be hard to have so many super heroes and then doing a justice to their own individuals story line, but the Director and Writer are successful in accomplishing that seemingly impossible task and each character gets their own Story Arc.

The Directors Russo Brothers, know how to direct a Crime Thriller, they proved it in Winter Soldier which was the best movie of Marvel Universe, before Civil War came out. The Brothers prove their mettle in creating a movie which is undeniably the best Comic Book Adaption I have seen. The Action Scenes are perfectly choreographed and orchestrated to its brilliance by good camera use and nice Cuts. In the second act of the movie, the scene in the Airport takes place which takes your breath away.

What Civil War actually is not a superhero Movie, it is a movie about Friendship and the brotherly Bond of trust which gets tested throughout the movie, the emotions running in the movie is surprisingly well done. I Won’t Spoil the movie for you, but the climax is a thrilling ride. Do Wait for After Credits Scene as always in a Marvel Movie.

Captain America Civil War

How can we forget our Friendly Neighbor Spiderman, and Holy smokes! he is awesome. Tom Holland as Spiderman rules every frame he is in. He is downright funny, unbelievably smart, and talks during fight. The perfect mash of two different Spideys we have seen on Screen.I cant wait to watch the solo movie which is going to release in July next year. Then we also have Black Panther, I will not spoil anything. You have to see it and believe it, Black Panther is the second best Character in this Movie after Captain.

With great action scenes, perfect story and good writing, we can rest our minds that Infinity War is in more than capable hands of The Russo Brothers.

I Can keep on talking about this unbelievably awesome movie, but i have to stop. Seriously go and experience the fun yet thrilling ride of Civil War in Cinema near you.
